The staff is friendly and highly knowledgable. We adopted a puppy from one of their Adoption Days and they have been with us every step of the way! From nutritious food and treats to help combat the skin issues our puppy had to a natural calming chew to help her manage the anxiety she had with nail trims, everything that John and Katelin have recommended has been a home run!!!! They have even helped our senior (almost 14!) lab mix keep a spring in his step!!! We highly recommend this small town pet store, and especially the Fromme brand dog foods

I recently adopted a rescue dog and needed dog food. The owner was exceptional. She explained all the variations of dog food and the types of diets that the breed may require. She was so knowledgeable about nutrition and holistic diets and how it affects health and behaviors. She truly LOVES what she does and wants to educate owners on caring for their pets. I would recommend this store to any pet owner. I am no longer going to Petsmart or Petco as this store had a great selection and the customer service was top notch.
